Welcome to Culver's Root Gardens. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

About Us
Culver's Root Gardens is a native plant nursery based in Madison, TN, growing and selling plants online for local pickup.

Orders & Availability
All orders are presale reservations for pickup at our nursery. Plant availability is limited and subject to change — in the event an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitution or refund for that item.

Pickup
This shop does not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up at our nursery location. Pickup times are scheduled at checkout, and your pickup address will be provided after your order is placed. Please review our Pickup Visit Waiver & Release before your visit.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of ordering.

Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details on returns and plant health concerns.

Plant Care
We provide care and siting guidance to help your plants succeed, but growing conditions, weather, watering, and wildlife pressure are outside of our control once plants leave the nursery.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photos, and the Culver's Root Gardens name and logo — is the property of Culver's Root Gardens and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Culver's Root Gardens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
